Boasting a thermal expansion coefficient 1/5 that of metals, it maintains minimal dimensional change across a wide temperature range of -200℃ to 1200℃, preventing seal failure caused by thermal expansion and contraction.
It combines a compressive strength of over 3000 MPa with excellent impact toughness, capable of withstanding transient loads during pump startup/shutdown and high-pressure operating conditions.
Manufactured via 5-axis CNC machining, it features hole position tolerances within ±0.02 mm and a surface roughness of Ra ≤ 0.8 μm, ensuring seamless integration with pump assemblies.
