Hybrid Bearing With Special High Temperature Steel Ring and Si3N4 Ball For High Rotating Speed
Description of Ceramic deep groove ball Bearing with filling slot:
1. SSiC races and balls are made of highly purified, sub-micron silicon carbide material. We sintered the silicon caibide with pressureless sintering method, so SSiC material have well corrosion resistance, high strengthm high hardness, wear resistance and small friction coefficient, antioxidant, small creep high temperature and good heat stability.
2. Si3N4 races and balls are made of highly purified, submicron silicon nitride powder with an alpha phase of more than 92%, and is processed by GPS (Gas Pressure) sintering and HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology.Compared with GPS sintered silicon nitride material, the porosity, wear resistance, crushing value and fatigue contact life of after HIP sintered sinlicon nitride have been greatly improved, which is the preferred material for ultra-high speed and high precision ceramic bearings.
3. ZrO2 races and balls are made by highly purified, sub-micron and after Y2O3 partially stabled zirconia powder material, are processed by AP (Atmospheric Pressure) sintering and HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology, so their porosity, wear resistance, impact resistance and resistance to fatigue contact life are greatly improved. ZrO2 all ceramic bearings is a kind of special bearings through full grinding, with high precision and a variety of excellent performance and is one of the most widely used ceramic bearings.
4. The material of cages can be chosen among Peek, , PFA and other material you required. PEEK and material both have good chemical stability, are resistant to many kinds of acid and alkali corrosion and high temperature resistant.
