Description of Ceramic Bearing 6805:
The material of races and balls can be chosen among SSiC (Pressureless sintered silicon carbide) HIP-Si3N4 (Hot isostatic pressure sintered silicon nitride) and HIP-ZrO2 (Hot isostatic pressure sintered zirconia)
1. SSiC races and balls are made of highly purified, sub-micron silicon carbide material. We sintered the silicon caibide with pressureless sintering method. SSiC material have well corrosion resistance, high strengthm high hardness,and high wear resistance.
2. Si3N4 races and balls are made of highly purified, submicron silicon nitride powder with an alpha phase of more than 92%, and is processed by GPS (Gas Pressure) sintering and HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology, the properties of material are greatly improved after HIP process.
3. ZrO2 races and balls are made by highly purified, sub-micron and after Y2O3-TZP stabled zirconia powder material, are processed by AP (Atmospheric Pressure) sintering and HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology, so their porosity, wear resistance, impact resistance and resistance to fatigue contact life are greatly improved.
4. The material of cages can be chosen among Peek, , PFA and other material you required.
