Description of 6903 All Ceramic Ball Bearing:
1. HIP-ZrO2 races and balls are made by highly purified, sub-micron powder material and are processed by HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology, which can decline the porosity of blanks.
2. HIP-Si3N4 races and balls are made of highly purified, submicron silicon nitride powder and are processed HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology too. which can decline the porosity of blanks.Silicon nitride bearings have high hardness, are wear-resistant, resistant to a variety of strong acid, strong alkali, salt corrosion (in addition to hydrofluoric acid, nitric acid), non-magnetic, non-conductive, high insulation.
3. SSiC races and balls are made of highly purified, sub-micron silicon carbide material, silicon carbide can resist corrosion by hydrofluoric acid, .Silicon carbide bearings have a density and coefficient of linear expansion close to that of silicon nitride ceramic materials.
4. Cage and seals: The material of cage can be chosen among PEEK,, Nylon and PFA, the material of seals can be chosen among PEEK, , Rubbers and stainless steel.
