ZrO2 Ceramic Bearing 608-2TS With High Precision
Description of 608-2TS:
1. ZrO2 Races and Balls:Are made by highly purified, sub-micron and after Y2O3 partially stabled zirconia powder material and are sintered by HIP (Hot isostatic pressure) technology and ground by our automatic machine.
2. Peek cage: PEEK has more significant advantages compared with other special engineering plastics. Positive high temperature 260 degrees, excellent mechanical properties, good self-lubrication, chemical corrosion resistance, flame retardant, peel resistance, wear resistance, resistance to strong nitric acid, concentrated sulfuric acid and so on.
3. seals: has excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance (is one of the best corrosion resistance materials in the world today. The seals in this material can resistant to many corrosion operating situation.
