Description of 6802 Ceramic Bearing (Zirconia+) :

1. ZrO2 races and balls: Races are made by highly purified, sub-micron and after Y2O3-TZP stabled zirconia powder material and are precessed by GPS sintering technology.

2. cage:  has excellent chemical stability, can resistant to molten metal sodium and liquid fluorine, to all kinds of acid and alkali resistance and organic solvent, and have excellent temperature resistance (can work in +250℃ to -180℃ temperature for a long time). So the cage  this material fitted in bearings can be used in many special working condition.

Zirconia bearings have  high hardness, wear resistance, resistance to various strong acids, strong alkalis, salt corrosion (except hydrofluoric acid), non-magnetic, non-conductive, high temperature resistance, high operating speed, impact resistance, small starting torque, resistance to dry friction. It's load rating can reach 1560 N(Cr) and 1260 N (Cor), their max. speed can reach 28000 rpm with grease lubrication and 374000 rpm with oil lubrication
