6000 Ceramic Bearing Of HIP-Si3N4 races and balls + cage With P6/ABEC3 Precision
Description of 6000 Ceramic Bearing (Si3N4+):
1. Si3N4 races and balls: Are made of highly purified, submicron silicon nitride powder with an alpha phase of more than 92%, and is processed after HIP (Hot Isostatic Pressure) sintering technology. So the porosity, wear resistance, crushing value and fatigue contact life of HIP-Si3N4 have been greatly improved, which is the preferred material for ultra-high speed and high precision ceramic bearings.
2. cage: is made of tetrafluoroethylene polymerization of polymer compounds, with excellent chemical stability, corrosion resistance (is one of the best corrosion resistance materials in the world today, resistant to molten metal sodium and liquid fluorine, to acid and alkali and organic solvent), sealing, high lubrication, non-viscosity, electrical insulation and good anti-aging endurance, excellent temperature resistance (can work in +250℃ to -180℃ temperature for a long time). So the cage of this material fitted in bearings can still work in many extrem acid or alkali operating condition.
