We sintered the silicon caibide with pressureless sintering method, so they have well corrosion resistance, high strengthm high hardness, wear resistance and small friction coefficient, antioxidant, small creep high temperature and good heat stability. Our company has recipe and manufacturing advantage of silicon carbide material.
